FingerFoto 3-dimensional finger geometry camera has been carefully designed
to be easily adapted to a wide range of applications. By selectively combining
software versions and built-in options (commands) to achieve specific customer
requirements, the performance of the FingerFoto can be optimized for each
application.
A The FingerFoto
can easily be integrated into a wide spectrum of host systems, including
financial terminals (ATM, POS, inter-bank), confidential databases and
security workstations, personnel screening systems, access control and
time & attendance systems, and public entry/ticketing systems.
A The host equipment
provides the electrical and mechanical environment, including housing,
for the camera. Custom design extra parts or components may be needed to
complete the integration. Frequently the host already has facilities such
as card readers, displays, keypads, 12 VDC power and communications capabilities
which can be easily integrated with the FingerFoto, thus greatly reducing
the incremental cost of adding the biometrics feature to the host product.
